More Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Furthermore contained in this latest photograph disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had created development schemes to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is covered in notations in red and includes a key identifying distinct parts of the estate.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as layouts for marina coverings.

Additional materials released as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
